D&O deductible is $1,000

Hurricane deductible is 3% per building/per item on the entire property schedule and has a $2,500 overall minimum deductible

 AOP deductible is $2,500

 Revised late fee policy:  If an Owner fails to pay the total amounts due the Association within fifteen (15) days from the date of the property management company's Second Reminder notice, the Owner's account for assessments shall be referred to the Association's legal counsel for collections.  If, within the above-referenced fifteen days, the delinquent owner delivers a written request to the Association via certified mail or in person at the Lake Charleston office or CAMS Management office for an extension extending no later than the next quarter's due date and agrees to pay an additional $50.00 fee as consideration for the extension, the Association will refrain from sending the matter to legal counsel for collection.  Adopted 2/15/18 by Board
